	Sheryl Golub Principal, Senior Designer and Developer
	Sheryl Golub is the founder of AE Performance Solutions. She has provided training and human resources consulting for industries such as biotech, telecom, pharmaceutical, education, construction and financial services for more than 12 years. Her expertise includes developing and implementing curricula and programs for the entire spectrum of training needs, including systems training, customer service, sales and new hire. She has also served as a trainer and conducted train-the-trainer sessions for employees at all levels. As an HR consultant, Ms. Golub conducted organizational analyses and recommended organizational development solutions for many organizations. She also assessed HR tools and technologies for use within client firms. Her experience includes developing and interpreting testing methodologies and customer and employee satisfaction surveys. As a project manager, Ms. Golub successfully managed all aspects of training development and performance consulting projects for many Fortune 100 companies. She has a proven track record for planning, directing and coordinating each project to ensure quality, budget compliance and on-time delivery. Ms. Golub holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
	Tanya Hauth Principal, Senior Designer and Developer
	As co-owner of AE, Tanya Hauth has worked with international biotechnology and telecom companies to create highly customized training solutions that have provided immediate results. The comprehensive sales and product training programs she developed for both technical and non-technical audiences received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Ms. Hauth is a seasoned instructional designer, having created instructor-led and hybrid leader-led/Web-based training courses for biotech, telecom, pharmaceutical, food service, manufacturing and education firms. She has led training sessions at client organizations around the world. Prior to joining AE, Ms. Hauth led 11 project managers at a $10M training and performance consulting firm. She provided strategic direction for the project management group and it consistently met or exceeded productivity and profitability goals. She also established new standards, processes and procedures for project management. Previous to her management role she worked closely with clients as an instructional designer and developer. Ms. Hauth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business and concentrations in Russian and economics. In addition to in-house staff, specialists from a broad network of professionals are brought on to the team according to the unique requirements of each project.
