	Challenge: A Federal Government agency developed new software and new work processes. Solution: We worked with programmers and subject matter experts to capture the software functionality as it was being developed. We assessed the work requirements and developed the most effective business process workflow. AE developed user manuals and job aids for different audiences by creating visual workflows to facilitate quick learning. 	Challenge: An international network monitoring software corporation acquired another company. Their sales channels needed to be trained to sell the new products, and their customers needed product information quickly. Solution: Using Articulate and Captivate, and high level graphics, AE created comprehensive, interactive Computer Based Training modules for their network traffic monitoring software products. The managers were previously technical employees and needed high level supervisory skills.
